Myths on the Mat: Krushing on Krishna LIMITED

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

The name of Krishna's beloved, Radha, is actually derived from the Sanskrit for yearning. In this playful vinyasa class we'll explore the idea of spiritual love and longing, infusing it into our ecstatic movements, so that we can use the body as a direct means of connecting to the divine!  There will be lyrical flows, Krishna stories, flip it upside down moments, deep heart openers and of course sweet forward folds that pave the way for a deeply satisfying savasana. Open to all levels of experience!

What to bring: A yoga mat, and blocks (if needed).
