“The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose is of life is to give it away.”

Pablo Picasso

Explore your inner creativity by working the body, breath and mind in specific poses to create the cornerstones for a strong foundation in expressing yourself on the mat and then onto paper.

This workshop is a unique approach to diving into your creative potential and letting it flow. Too many people are creatively blocked or fearful in expressing themselves onto paper. Let this workshop release your inner artist without worrying about what it looks like or staying in the lines.

We will practice a series of yoga poses inspired by the vocabulary of some key visual artists and then learn freeing techniques into creating our own visual expression from within.

This workshop will give an overview of the four fundamentals of creative visual expression through the body and then onto paper. We will look at line, form, color and expression as a means to explore our body on the mat and our hands onto paper with pencil, pastels and paint as our artful mediums.

No Art or Yoga Experience required.

All art supplies included for creating your masterpieces.

What to bring: A yoga mat, and blocks (if needed).

Be ready to free your body, mind, and spirit and get your hands dirty.
